Grace in the kitchen!

Ok...picture this...on Tuesday (even though we had a friend over) my kids were fast asleep. They all ate lunch and had no problems falling asleep. WOW...time for mommy! Well, I guess you could call it mommy time...but it was really cleaning time. I missed my home blessing (FlyLady) on Monday because we had to go to the doctor. So as soon as they were asleep, I headed to the kitchen. I worked very hard cleaning counters, wiping the doors down, washing all the dishes, detailed sweeping, and mopping. I know that is not all included in my home blessing...but the kitchen really needed it. I knew it would only take me about an hour or so. I worked fast and I finished in time to work on the living room as well. I got it swept and mopped just in time before the kids woke up.

So we were all up, having a snack (in my CLEAN kitchen) and getting ready to go outside (so they would not get my kitchen dirty. Once the kids were all sitting, I went to change the laundry (5 minutes gone). As I was folding clothes I heard Baby Boy say 'See' several times. I then heard a few loud noises...so I went to check on them...really, I was only gone about 5 minutes. I was not ready for the sight I was about to see...but thank goodness I am used to that 'amuzing grace' I have discussed several times.

So here goes...I am walking in to my CLEAN kitchen...Baby Boy has opened the dishwasher...he is standing on the door, and he is 'getting the dishes out'...or in other words...he is throwing clean cups and lids back in the sink and on the floor. Of course my first reaction was to get mad...how could he...I worked so hard. So I said...'do you want a spanking?'...and those of you that know him well can guess the answer...YEP! And he then looked at me with a big smile...he was beaming...and he said 'See' at the same time he took a cup and tossed it in the sink. He was so proud that he was doing the dishes...so how can you be upset about that. I did make him get down, closed the door, and said a very stern 'No, no', then turned my head so I could smile.

Thank you God for giving me that grace so I am able to look at a somewhat disruptive moment and see that Baby Boy was so proud of himself...instead of getting upset with him and the situation. Yes, I had to wash dishes again...yes, I had to clean the floor a bit more...yes, they had crackers all over the floor (I guess they all joined in the tossing game)...and yes, they were having fun. My Sweet Girl (after asking her why she didn't stop him) said...'he was trying to help you do the dishes mommy'. It is so neat to see the kids grow and learn new tricks...I just hope he will learn a more useful one.

Who's Learning Me or my kids?

It is amazing to me how much Baby Boy has started talking...I will soon need a new nickname for him...anyway, I just have to tell you this. I had a meeting so a good friend offered to let Baby Boy stay at her house and while he was there he learned a new word. Now, she told me what the word was, but he never would say it for me. Until we left her house, all the kids were in the car, and all the sudden BB started yelling 'bow-howe'...yep, he learned the word blow-hole (Thanks to Deigo).

He was quite funny in the car...he has learned several others (sweet tea, coke, cookie, please, color), and it is so funny to hear Sweet Girl trying to teach him. She is also learning sounds and things...and she will tell him 'say B-B-B monkey'. She is listening to Big Girl sound things out...and although she is getting the sounds a little confused...she is trying.

I was also able to volunteer in BG's classroom today and I helped test for reading. I learned very quickly that BG is doing much better than many of the other students in her class. No, she is not the top student, but she is not on the bottom either. She does struggle a bit with her reading...but she is learning fast.

BG made a turkey place mat for school, and I was looking at the picture today. It had a nice turkey, very colorful, and a person. The person looked odd to me because it had an extra arm...so I asked her who it was and could she explain it to me. She said 'mommy, that is daddy and he is shooting the turkey'. I told her that was great, but daddy did not shoot turkeys. She said 'well, he needs to shoot one so that we can eat on Thanksgiving.

SG has decided what she wants for her birthday...I don't even know if I can find it...but she reminds me everyday that she wants the American Doll named Kitt Kitredge and the movie that goes with it. I guess I will need to start shopping.

So, you can see that there is never a dull moment around here...with all the new words, new findings, new ideas, and new studies...we stay really busy. You just never know what one of the kids is going to say or ask for. I just love that innocence of being able to be so open with mommy and daddy. I remember when SG was little she would ask questions like...mommy, can you reach the moon for me...(doesn't that melt your heart)...they are still like that, just in a different way.

They are still in the stage where mommy and daddy are the greatest and could (and would) do anything for them. They are TOTALLY dependant on us...I often wonder why we can't be that dependant on our Heavenly Father. That is what he wants...for us to come to him with anything and just talk. He wants us to look to Him for everything and know that he will take care of us (in His time). When I hear my kids asking things that are impossible, or just can't happen (like the moon), I hate to tell them no. I never want to disappoint them, but as you know...we do have to be the parent. I look at my kids and see that trust and love. I see that they have no worries, that they just want to play and talk, and that they will tell me anything if I ask.

Wow, don't we learn so much from our kids! I think I learn something everyday by watching and being involved with my kids. I want to have that trust and openness with my Father...I guess I didn't realize how much I am learning. I can't wait until tomorrow!

Mommy, I love you

What a weekend we have had...really busy, yet fun. Daddy and the kids let me go scrapbooking Friday night. I say 'let'...but daddy really encourages me to have that mommy time. I had a blast...I went with a friend and we spent most of the night chatting.

Big Girl had her last soccer game yesterday morning...she did so great. I have never seen her kick the ball that much...I need to get my video camera fixed.

After the game, daddy went hunting and it was just me and the kids. We had fun...it was cold so we built a fire. Baby Boy reminds us that it is 'HOT' and the girls like to get warm while watching tv. I guess the high-light of my weekend was when daddy gave me the 'ok' to create a special space for mommy. So I worked all day Saturday cleaning and I have a little spot for a desk...and yes...my art table. I am so excited...I just can't wait to get it completed so that I can sit and create.

One of my favorite things is when my kids come to me and just say...Mommy, I love you! What a blessing that is. Sweet girl is the one that will say it many times through-out the day. Yes, Big Girl says it...but not like SG...she just comes up and in that sweet high-pitched voice...'Mommy, I love you'...it just melts my heart.

We even made it to church in time for my small group class, and the kids just walked in their class...they love it there. While I was there, I was reminded that we have a Father that loves to hear those same words...even more so than I do. I think during our busy lives we sometimes to forget to just say...'Father, I love you'. How sweet that must sound to our 'Pappa'...

What are we praying for?

Ok...Just a quick note, I am supposed to be working right now, but I am taking a break.

I am reminded everyday that God is still in control...so I just had to share this quote. I think sometimes we forget that when we pray, we should be asking for God's will, what he wants us to do, and what we should be praying for. The whole election thing really threw me for a loop, I am sure you can guess what I was praying for and when my prayers were not answered I was a bit discouraged. And I have posted before...so I won't bore you with everything that is happening in my life and heart right now, but I just wanted to share this quote with you all...

We must move from asking God to take care of the things that are breaking our hearts, to praying about the things that are breaking His heart. (Margaret Gibb)

Pretty good huh! Again I am reminded that it is not about me...or us...but a bigger picture that we can not always see. So praying for what we want or what we think is best may not always be His plan. And wouldn't we rather be in God's will than under our wants!

The Hang Out Place

Most of you that know me understand my love for entertaining friends and family. I lived for quite a while in a place that I didn't really have the room to have people over. When we bought our new house, I couldn't wait to get in so that we could start having people over. I have loved each 'gathering' we have had.

Yesterday as we were playing out in the yard, our friends...C&C wanted to come play...we had a blast out in the yard on the playground and playing soccer. One of them is close to Baby Boys age and they like to play 'boot-ball'...I love hearing Baby Boy say that. I also love how little C says my name. When it was time to go home, they did not want to go. But they did because their mommy and daddy are AWESOME! I couldn't ask for better neighbors! So I told them to come back soon. Well, today they wanted to come over again...and we stayed outside until dark running and playing. We had such a great afternoon.

One thing that I have always told daddy is that it is important to me for people to WANT to hang out at our house. C&C like to come over and that makes me and the kids happy. We love to play. Of course we have other friends that like to hang out here as well...and it brings such joy!

Just a side note...I did spend quite a while tonight picking up poo-poo from the dogs...it happened to be very colorful...I guess the new lab puppy found the crayons! Sweet girl thought that was really funny! You will all be happy to know Baby Boys new word is 'sweetea' (sweet tea)...

I can't wait until my next gathering...someone come over and hang out with us!

Finding Time

Ok...there has got to be something with this time management thing. I can go a whole day, look around the house and at my to do list, and wonder where the day has gone. It just seems that my list continues to grow and the time to accomplish those things gets less and less. How do I find the time to do the things that I need to do and the things that I want to do. I am not complaining...I love what I do...but I just need more time to do them in. I also need Hurricane Baby Boy and Tropical Storm Sweet Girl to slow down a bit on the destruction.

Baby Boy helped me clean today...I asked him to take the dirty clothes to the laundry room...the ended up in the trash can (luckily the bag was new). Sweet Girls task was to put up the Barbies...and when I went to check on her she had them all over the room. I asked her why she was not cleaning and this was her response 'Mommy, they are in school and we do not clean while we are school. Can you please go back to Mr Harpers office (that is Big Girls principal). I just stood there...jaw to the ground...astonished at what just came out of her mouth. Of course, I said yes ma'm and I closed the door and stood there watching her imagination. She pretends to be one of Big Girls teachers...and she is teaching the 'kids'. Saying letter sounds and words (not always accurate, but she's getting it). It is great to still be surprised by my kids.

So Baby Boy and I continued cleaning and his new thing is trying to count. Of course...3 is the top number...but 2 is his favorite. Any time he sees 2 of something, he gets very excited...and says '2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2...you get it. He is also learning his colors...and now knows green, blue, and orange (must have mommys smart gene).

Big Girl came home today and wanted to play outside...so we all went out in the yard. She is so good with little brother...always a helper...and loves to run with the dogs. She really is growing too fast for me. I still remember her running around excited to see or hear a 'hoptocopter' (helicopter). She also used to say 'pa-ka' instead of peek-a-boo. Now she says all those words correct no matter how many times I say them incorrectly. She usually corrects me!

Tomorrow brings a new day...and I just can't wait to see what they have in store for me. I will try to find the time to complete my chores, my work, maybe some me time...but I will treasure the time I find to spend with each of my 'babies'!

Make a decision and stick with it!

Ok...I know many of you are thinking...just pick a background...Well I am finished. I debated on this one (that is why my blog keeps changing)...but I love my topper (Thanks froggy!) I also like pink...but don't really consider myself a 'pink chic'...but I have changed my mind. First, pink is for the breast cancer thing...and my courageous friend just completed the really long walk (wearing my shirt now!), I love the combo of brown and pink (GW reminds me of that) and the last reason that has changed my mind is my baby boy. Daddy will not appreciate this post...but I just can't resist...so here goes!

On Friday I had a Mary Kay party...and that is totally pink! I had several friends gathered here and the table was full. Well my sweet girl squeezed into Tebbi's lap...and my Big Girl stayed around as well. So we were stripping off make-up and preparing to get 'doll-ed up'. Guess who HAD to be involved. You got it...my sweet Baby Boy grabbed my hand and said 'up mommy up'...so I stood up (just can't say no to him yet)...and he climbed in my seat. When I tried to remove him he protested! So I asked what he wanted and he said 'See'. So I gave him the mirror, and he then took my cloth and begin washing his face. SO CUTE...ok not 'manly' but still precious. I tried so hard to capture that moment with the camera and every time I put the camera up him he looked at me...grinned...and said 'cheese'! He stayed with us for a while...here he is...mommy is so proud.

Mammaw and Pappaw came for a short visit and we all went to Big Girls soccer game...COLD...but we stayed. She even kicked the ball several times. We came back home just to hang around and play. Many of you know that we have a new puppy...really sweet and he still has puppy breath. It is so funny to hear my Baby Boy yell his name...it sounds like he is saying CONGO (Concho)...and when the puppy comes running he says BITE...yep the puppy likes to chew on everything...he is a lab!
Jack's Buddy at the soccer field.

Ok...the other point I was going to make...I guess she gets this problem from me about making decisions...but I counted the outfits my Sweet Girl wore...just on Saturday...5! Can you believe it...and that does not count her jammies. If she goes outside for 5 minutes...then she is dirty and needs to change. That is just one battle I have given up on...what can I say...she is truly a GIRLY GIRL.

The other exciting news was that we went to school on Friday to teach magnets to Big Girls class. We always have a blast and the kids love doing science. When we came home I got the girls to help me clean up a bit. My purse was sitting on the floor in the kitchen and I gave Big Girl some trash to throw away. She stood there looking at my purse and said 'do I just throw it here?' I said...why would you throw it in mommy's purse and she replied 'well it looks like a trash can'...does that mean I have to clean out my purse? I did notice it was getting a bit heavy...and I am really not sure what is in there.

So the weekend flew by...as it usually does...but here we are. All the kids sleeping, Daddy yelling at the Cowboy game, and mommy trying to work (blogging instead). Again, we are constantly reminded of how important family and friends are. I guess you could say that I am starting to feel at home in my new house...and yes...even in my small town!

Grace in the Moment

Ok...the day started great! We all woke up on time, everyone but Sweet Girl was dressed and ready to start the day. She would have been, but her reply was that she just wanted to stay comfy for a while. Since we had no plans of leaving the house...she stayed in her jammies. We were so excited to have a friend come over and play...let's just call her Ta-Da!

Baby boy was so excited to have someone to play with for a while (his age), and we drug out everything from barbies to dinosaurs. I love just sitting and enjoying watching my kids play...and being a part of their imagination. So far so good...until we ventured outside in the beautiful, but sticker-filled, yard. We were doing ok as long as puppy was not chewing on our feet. We did notice a flea...and mommy starts to panic. I have tried very hard to keep up the flea medicine on all my pets...he must have picked them up at the vets office.

Anyway, we had a nice lunch with our friends, and everything seemed to be going fine. Baby boy took his nap, Sweet Girl cut up every foam sticker and paper she could find, and mommy found some quiet time to get started on the magnet experiment.

Then it started...yep...those moments you just wish would either go away or change quickly. Baby boy had to be dragged (kicking and screaming) because Big Girl was now waiting on us at school. We got into the car ok...made it to the school at the end of the line, and in hops my Big Girl. Immediately she begins to explain why she was not allowed to get a library book. Apparantly mommy messed up the pages and wrote in the book. Well, I know you can guess who the culprit was that accomplished that...I am not naming names...but he is a sweet Baby Boy!

So I told Big Girl, that we would pay for the book and that she would be allowed to check them out again.

It just seemed to go downhill from there...here is the run-down:
Big Girl misses a word on her spelling test.
Cat 2 has to be put outside.
Sweet Girl has just remember that she could not find Shirley Temple.
Baby Boy, still upset, wants to go back to bed.
We spend money at the vet getting flea medicine.
All 3 were now ready to go home, and I hope in the car...and it will not start...nothing...not even a flicker.
Back into the vets office, young man helps with my jump.
Now headed home to wait for daddy.
Back in the car...daddy has to jump the battery...going to walmart to get car fixed.
In the parking lot...waiting...waiting...kids screaming...waiting...Baby Boy now SOAKING wet...no diapers.
Girls starting to fight...she hit me...she's making fun of my name...she is touching me.
Now mommy wants to cry or yell or something...so I slip out of the car and just ignore everything. I am looking for that Grace in the moment. Still waiting for it...where is it...Oh...here comes daddy.
Go to taco place, remember now why I do not like that place...Yuck.
Baby boy had to go to bed, so now daddy has to catch a ride to get my car.
OK...so several hours and lot's of money later...we, including my car, are home...everyone is snoring except of course me because I am at work. But just before my girls went to bed, my Big Girl just started crying (her love language is Praise and kind words) and I asked what was wrong. She asked me if I was mad at her...so yes, a few tears now for mommy...I just said no that I was having a bad afternoon. She asked if we could have some chocolate because she was also having a bad day (definately my daughter). I couldn't resist allowing her that special kit-kat and as I sat watching my girls delight in the chocolate snack an overwhelming feeling of love and adoration came over me.
I just told them how much I loved them. Then I realized that when I am looking for my Grace in the moment, I just need to look up. He teaches us all about grace...to think that no matter what we do, what mistakes we make, God loves us so much more than we can understand.
Sometimes it is hard for me to find that grace when we are having such a hard time...but for small children, they only see the frustration in the moment, and I know how important it is to let them know that I love them no matter what. I have found that grace for today, and luckily I found it before the girls went to bed so that we could talk about it. I just know that there are times when I need to lean on and remember God's grace. Thank you Lord for loving me and helping me express that love to my family in the midst of struggles.

Seeing the Big Picture

I am not going to apologize for this post, but I will warn you that you might not like what I have to say. As many of you know I struggled with the fact that most Americans do not have the same values and morals as I do. And yes, I know it has been a week, it's over, so I should move on (I know that is what a few of you are thinking)...but I am just letting you know how God is speaking to me...so be patient. Remember I warned you that you might not like what I have to say.
Anyway, this is not a post about my political beliefs (as they are pretty strong most of you know where I am). It is more of a post letting you know where I was last week and where I am today. I felt very down and ready to give up. For example, why should I pray if God already knows the outcome? Can my prayers really change God's mind? Why is it that people have become so wrapped up in themselves that they have strayed from what our founders wanted for this country? Why have we become a country that often gets what we can't afford, forget responsibility, and depend on others to take care of us? Will we ever realize that we do live in the best place in the world and that our freedom is NOT free?

So I struggled with prayers, I didn't want to talk to God, didn't want to read his word, and yes, I moped around the house for a few days. Thanks to a few of my BF's (daddy, froggymamma, GW, and my dad) for helping me through this time.

So where am I today? I am learning through his word that when Moses pleaded for the people he had brought out of Egypt, God did change his mind. "Then the Lord relented and did not bring on his people the disaster he had threatened" (Ex 32:14)

I am also learning that at times we have roadblocks to prayer and that we need not be weepy! As Joushua weeped and wailed over the nations defeat the Lord said "STAND UP! What are you doing down on your face? Israel has sinned; they have violated my covenant, which I commanded them to keep" (Joshus 7:10-11)

I am understanding that there are times that God does give us what we ask for so we should be careful. In I Sam 8 the people cried for a new King...they wanted CHANGE...and finally God said let them have it.
I also see that no matter what, we need to pray for our nation. "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land" (2 Chron 7:14)

I know now that God is telling me that our leaders need prayer even if we don't like them. As a matter of fact, they may need more prayer than we realize.

I am realizing that I have tunnel vision...I only see what has happened and the next few years. But God is asking me to trust him since only He can see the BIG PICTURE. I don't know why a lot of things happen, but I do know that whatever the circumstance we are in, God is still in control. Many times we ask 'why' He would allow something to happen, and we may never know or even like the answer He would give us, we should rest assured that we are in His hands!

I also remember that God has given us the chance to raise 3 precious kiddo's...he gave them to us. That is another 'why' I will never be able to answer. Why he picked us to have 3 beautiful and healthy (sometimes cranky) kids to teach and raise. But we are thankful and loving every minute of it.

It's Official

Hello, and thanks for thinking about us yesterday. A few of you sent e-mails letting me know you were thinking about us. I guess you are all wondering...what in the world are they doing??? Well, since we have been married we have only gone to 2 churches, faithfully. We have been married 12 years and never joined a church. The last church I was a member of was First Assembly in NLR and that was when I was in HS. Daddy was a member of his home church as well.

So when we moved here, we found a church and stuck with it through all the struggles because we were trying to be faithful. With a lot of thoughts and prayers, we felt like it was time to do something better for our family...so we started going to a new church in Feb. It was an easy move, the kids LOVE it, and we have felt right at home. So, our decision yesterday was to join the church. Really big deal, I was basically leaving it up to daddy, and he was right with me. We really feel like we are home and regret not going there sooner. We are both in a small group, I am in a mixed one and daddy is in a men's study. It has really been great.

So yesterday we signed the 'membership' card and I feel great about it. I can't wait to get more involved and I have met so many new friends that are quickly becoming family. So you can all celebrate with us...we are members of a church!!!!

Important Decision

Hello again, I know I said that I was not going to keep up with the blog everyday...not sure how I will fit it in my tight schedule, but I have replaced my journal with the blog. So it is not as hard as I thought it would be. I just wanted to let everyone know that daddy and I have an important decision to make...so just be in prayer tomorrow that we do what God is leading us to do.

On a lighter note..a bit more 'amuZing' I guess you could say...My Big Girl kicked the ball 3 times today in the game! At least that is what I saw during my times of helping Sweet Girl and chasing Baby Boy. We didn't win...2 to 2...but that is pretty good. It was cold at the game...so as my Sweet Girl is bundled in her blanket with a coat and long pants...yet she never forgets to ask mommy if she can have a snow cone. After the game we went to get snow cones...and came back to look at some puppies that were in a box. As my Sweet Girl looked down to say hi...the cone tilted...and guess where it ended up? Yep, in the box with the puppies. But that didn't stop my Baby Boy...he just reached in and grabbed the ball of ice. Only 10am and our day is starting off with adventures! No, we didn't let him eat it after the puppies had licked it...but it was still pretty funny.

Our anniversary is tomorrow...12 years...I can hardly believe it. It is so neat to look at how much has changed over the years. We have moved 4 times, have 'owned' 2 homes, had to live in a trailer and a rent house, and we have both changed jobs or careers. We went from doctors telling us we would never have children to having 3 wonderful and healthy kids, and we have had several well-loved pets. We have lost 2 pets since we have been married...but have a full home now! It has been a wonderful life so far...the uphill battles included...and I can't wait to see where we are in 5 years.

Headed to work...

I have had several people ask me...how do you do everything you do...and I simply reply that I do what I can when I can. You can see from this post (almost midnight) and I am heading to work. That may sound funny...you thought I was a stay at home mom...well I do have a job on the computer (no not blogging or ebay). I used to try and do my work when the kids were awake...but I will never forget the day that I walked in to hear my Big Girl say to her other Barbie...'I can't right now, I have to work'. She was role playing...being mommy...and it broke my heart. So I try not to do my work when they are awake.

I also miss out on all the fun stuff when I work while they are playing..of course there are exceptions...but most of the time I do not go to work until late at night.

So my Big Girl has a soccer game tomorrow and at bed-time I gave her a kiss and said good-night, that she needed sleep for the big game...her reply was 'will I kick the ball tomorrow' and I just said 'let's hope so'.

We also have our very own mascot...my Sweet Girl...not quite old enough to play, but kicks the ball more than several of our real players. She is not afraid to jump right in and help daddy at practice.

So where does Baby Boy fit in at the soccer games...well, as soon as my eye wanders...he dashes out on the field, in the middle of a play...But he would rather be playing football, otherwise known around here as bupball...and will run around motioning the sign for a touchdown. He will make his daddy proud one day!

We had a great day, and were reminded just how important friends are...we had company tonight...the T family...known to our kids as aunt T and uncle T...when I put my Sweet girl to bed she reminded me that she loved the T family and asked when she could go there and stay. I love that we have friends that my kids want to see as well...more like family to me. What a great night...now I am late for work!

Hello Friends and Family,

Well, I did it...I have finally joined several of you in creating my own blog. I normally keep a journal, and love to write about my life and family. So I am trying out the blog idea. I hope that you will be able to keep up with my family and our life now.

I had trouble deciding on a title for my blog and had many ideas...one was Crazy Busy...because that pretty much sums up my life. Then with everything that has happened this week...I thought of going with something a little more serious...like Worthless Worries...but then my Baby Boy (BB) walked in with 4 markers (lids off), My Big Girl (BG) came running through with make-up all over her face, and my Sweet Girl (SG) dashed in with an old Shirley Temple doll crying because she lost her panties. What to do first? Help Sweet Girl find her doll's panties, check on where my Big Boy used his markers, or help wash the make-up off Big Girl. So I thought...my life is full of 'funny' moments (many times I have to look back to laugh) and I also realized that I, along with most mommies, must have special grace for my kids when things like this happens.

So, there you go...one thing is consistent in my life...and that is that it is full of amusing circumstances that require patience and grace. So with the disappointing last few days, and the uncertainty and concern of what is ahead of us...I just look to my family and friends and realize it is not all about me! How blessed I am with everyone that surrounds me that I am learning it is just a waste of time worrying about the what-if's (Thank you H!!!) I know who is in control and I am willing to trust that...after all the ultimate gift of grace is from Him.

OK...enough of the serious talk...I want to share my family with you. Since this is my first entry...I figured it would be a bit long...sorry...but I wanted you to at least understand where we are at. My most recent photos are of course Halloween. I had a pumpkin, Alice in Wonderland, and Ariel...how cute they were.

My Big Boy also got his first hair-cut...mommy was not really ready, but daddy wanted it shaved. So we compromised and had it trimmed. Of course I saved a few curls for his scrapbook (I will get it done).

Well, there you have it...the start of my new blog...I hope you continue to follow me during my journey to continue having grace for my kids through those 'amuzing' moments no matter how hard they might be. Follow me as I learn how to cope with the calamity of motherhood and laugh at those precious moments that sometimes seem unbearable!
